Has anyone ever used this as a beer flavoring? Or any of these liqueur essences?
I'm curious as to how much of this I need in a gallon of beer to get a noticeable - but not overpowering - flavor.

Frangelico? Only in coffee.

If this is the stuff for flavoring aged vodka then go REALLY easy. I would start with a little vodka to get the intensity you would expect from a normal extract you might use in a beer.
I tasted some gin essence the other day and it stayed with me for a long time... that was a dab on the finger. Really potent stuff.Posted 34 days ago.
That's the stuff, I believe.

I suspect since that 20mL bottle is designed for 1L of vodka with some sugar to make a liqueur, I'd think the whole bottle would probably be good for at least a 5 gallon batch.
I'd probably add 1mL and taste, then add 1 mL at a time until it almost tastes strong enough. If you go until it definitely tastes strong enough, it will be too strong because your palate gets used to the flavor as you keep tasting it.Posted 34 days ago.
I did the "add a tiny bit, sample, repeat" method.. I stopped before I felt it was a *strong* flavor, just there.
We'll see how it turns out.
