I just threw a bunch of Simcoe in as a FWH for my IPA, it smells amazing. Never used it before, but it is rapidly becoming a favorite.

I was really impressed by the El Dorado I used for the same purpose, and I've loved Challenger for that.  Would you believe I have yet to use Simcoe?

I mean, I'm not too surprised, you don't do too many fruity-american type beers right?

Challenger is magic, by far my favorite bittering hop, no contest.

You're right, I don't.  I do a lot of reserved, spicy, earthy hops.
