Hah.  Maybe because I never uploaded the thank you page.  Issue resolved.  Sorry, and thanks!

Ha. I was about to post that exact same thing.

Glad you're already aware of it.

Okay. I'm registered. Looks like I'm brewing a Dunkel. Here's to spending the next few months learning to toast my own grain.

It took our payment, anyway to tell if we are in?

You should have gotten a confirmation email, and you also should have gotten redirected to a "Thank You" page.  Granted, the very first few entries didn't get either.

We will be adding a competition interface soon to allow you to enter your recipe, process notes, etc, and to retrieve the shipping address for your beer(s) - but that latter feature won't be available until September 1st.

Doing a quick manual lookup...

Hah, @StolzeStyle, you were the very first entry!  Sorry, you didn't get the nice confirmations.  I see paid entry for three beers (6B, 9E, 14C), one pint glass, and one sticker.  So you are definitely in!

I am entered!  This is a fun alternative to the standard homebrew competition.

What's the word on rice hulls?  It's a non-fermentable, and not really a grain...right?

I'll toss this to the judges to see what they think.

Probably a good bet rice hulls are OK - they contribute nothing to the finished product and are most logically categorized not as an ingredient, but a process facilitator.

My personal opinion is that rice hulls will be fine, as I agree - they are a process item, not truly an ingredient.  Once judge coordinator agrees with me.  When one of the other two chimes in, we'll have an official ruling... but I expect they are safe to use.
