So how would you guys remove a poorly welded bulkhead on a keggle? Bad sugaring and slag. At this point I'd like to just replace it with a weldless bulkhead. Grind it out? Dremel?
I can edit posts. Am I supposed to be able to edit posts that aren't mine?

I think you have to set it as non editable? Which I didn't do

Hmm, if I look at the source of your post, I see "webkit fake url".
For images, I'd suggest using the add image button - second row, second button from the left. Use a place like imgur or the like to host images, as most everyone seems to do these days.
That said, I'll look and see if I can figure out a way to allow pasting images directly in.

Let's call it a feature request.

Indeed.
Where should it take us when clicking on a user name? A profile we'll set up in the future? I get a 404 error when clicking on a name.
How about seeing the posts that we're replying to? When I reply, I go to the generic text screen.
Quoting posts in replies?

404 page will lead to a user profile page.
"Reply to" and quote are good ideas.

I'd probably make sure the hole wouldn't be too big after grinding it out and then just use a cutoff wheel to cut it off the outside of the pot and then grind the front smooth then use a step bit to drill it out. Then use sandpaper or a grinding wheel to get it smooth, just like any other drilled hole for weldless.
Dremel grinding attachments are too weak for stainless, they just wear out so fast you'd need like 50 to actually get anywhere with it.

Without seeing the pic, I'd say drilling or cutting is a bad idea. Unless the weld leaks, you're fine.

Oh yeah. Forgot about the pic. This was only a partially serious post to help test the forum functionality, but since we're here...

That link doesn't work

Try it again, I can see it OK from my work machine, where I'm not logged in to imgur.
Oh, and it's a 3/8" opening, which I think is too small.

That's odd, I can see it just fine.

And it's ugly as sin, isn't it? A little backstory, guy at work gave it to me. He thought he wanted to get into homebrewing. He's the type of guy that goes whole hog before even beginning anything and bought this keggle pretty much out of the gate (against my advice too). He gave it to me when he moved on to other things, so I'm not out anything. It never got used.
When I get back in front of a computer I'll post another pic or two instead of fat fingering the attempt on a phone.
