Not a real issue, but more just a minor critique regarding the URL structure on the site.
Currently your URL's are not search engine friendly with the ?marks and whatnot. In order to better fight with the big dogs on the block you should consider url rewrites via .htaccess
Google has certainly gotten a lot better at dealing with URL's like you currently have, but I find you get a little more love from them if you take the time to tidy that part up. +analytics, webmaster tools, g+ verfication etc.

I've considered it. I actually run a couple of other sites that have top five (up to number one) rankings in Google without using mod_rewrite.
I may go this route, but I'm not terribly worried about it at this time. I do appreciate the note and the offer.
