DirectionsMash for 90 minutes at 152°F.

Wyeast Weihenstephan 3068 with starter.

Some form of Hallertau hops to at least 10 IBUs with the ratio of 75% @ 45 mins and 25% @ 15 mins.

Fermentation
notes
Ferment at 68Ã°F for 10 days then cold crash and keg or bottle to 3.0 volumes.  Recommend using a blow off tube, this tends to ferment very vigorously.

Tasting
notes
This beer has a nice balance of wheat and fruity notes with just enough spice character. Low-medium mouthfeel with a nice foamy white head. Very easy to drink, and would be great during the summer.
