Directions1 used 1.4 qts/lb for my mash thickness.   5.5 gallons of water for 60 min mash at 152F.  I batched sparged at 168F for 15 mins with 3.6 gallons.

With 5 minutes left in the boil I added 1 ounce of sweet orange peel, 4 freshly ground cinnamon sticks, and 4 whole cloves in a mesh bag.

Also I add the clear candi sugar with 10 mins left in boil.

I also add a whirlfloc tablet with 15 minutes left in boil.

Fermentation
notes
I usually let this one sit in the primary for at least a month but no more than two.

Tasting
notes
I get a nice clove and cinnamon aroma without being overpowering.  The nice malt backbone balances out the spice flavor appropriately.
