DirectionsMash @ 150 degrees F.

This recipe calls for Frankenyeast, which is a unique blend of 25 English, American, and German strains.  Were I trying to brew it without that, I'd go with a reliable English strain instead.

Fermentation
notes
Ferment @ 65 degrees F.  Add table sugar in a syrup to fermentor when dry hopping.

Tasting
notes
Huge melon flavor, a little sweet up front, a little apricot; nice, rounded bitterness.  Crazy, candy-like melon aroma.  Very unique.

CreditsSpecial thanks to Southern Hills Homebrew Supply in Roanoke, Virginia for supplying the Frankenyeast blend!
