Directions
Whirfloc and Yeast Nutrient were added to the boil at 5 min.

Step Mash:

Protein Rest 131 F for 10 minute.

Sac Rest at 158 F for 75 minutes. 

Mash out at 170 F for 10 minutes.

Fermentation
notes
Ferment at 70 F for 2 weeks.

Cold crash with Gelatin for 24 hours.
