Fermentation notes | Ferment at 70F for 3-4 days then ramp to 75F and hold for 2 days before packaging at 2.7 vols CO2

Tasting notes | High fruitiness from the hops and yeast. Lots of Orange/Tangerine notes with cherries, mango, and passion fruit as well. Malt profile is a little more solid than the average wheat due to the maris otter malt. Gives the malt backbone enough character to make it interesting but not obtrusive.
Very drinkable and approachable for both new-to-craft-beer folks and seasoned IPA drinkers.
